He is survived by: his wife Marsha Pieterek; his sons, Roger Vaught of South Carolina and Frederick Benedict II (Abigail) of Hannibal; his sister Cathy Benedict of North Chittenango; his grandchildren, Johnathan Vaught, Johanna, Joseph Tyler, Brycen Vaught and Gianna Vaught; and his great grandchild Thea Tyler.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the G. F. Zimmer Funeral Home (702 Legion Dr, Chittenango, NY 13037).
