He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank N. Relyea and Mildred Phillips Relyea; his son Frank Relyea; his son-in-law Fred Rinaldo; and his siblings, Joyce Perior and Raymond Relyea.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Neale; and his children, Rosalie Rinaldo of Oneida, Terese Hale (Edward) of Fulton, William Relyea (Sue) of Hamilton and Thomas Relyea (Stella) of Durhamville. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
