He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Cerio and Ida Cerio (Costanzo); his wife Madlyn Ehnot; his children, Marian Cerio (Vic Kopnitsky), Donald F., Renee Cerio, Jr. (LeBlanc) of Manlius and Joann (Mark Mezzoprete); and his grandchildren, Joseph Kopnitsky, Maria Kopnitsky, Lauren Mezzoprete, Nick Mezzoprete, Annalyse Cerio, Allison Carbery, Christian Cerio and Francis Cerio. He was also cherished by his loving wife, children and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. Homer Ball Funeral Home, Inc. (201 James St, Canastota, NY 13032). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Agatha's Church (329 N Peterboro St, Canastota, NY 13032). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Agatha's Cemetery.
