She is survived by: her spouse Dale H. Jaquin; her son Steven Jaquin; her daughter-in-law Maria Jaquin; her siblings, Mark Johnson, Sr. of Syracuse and Susan Warwick of Syracuse; her brother-in-law David Harwood of Brewerton; and her grandchildren, Danny Jaquin, Kyyle Garrow, Leland King and Ethan King. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
