Cecil R. Congleton Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil R. Congleton of Canastota, New York, who passed away on August 28, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil M. Congleton and Gladys Congleton (Graves). He is survived by: his daughters, Candace Pinnisi (John) of Gainesville, VA and Kristin Placito (Frank) of Canastota, NY; and his brother David Congleton. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
