He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Petzko; his son Paul; his daughter-in-law Christine Cook of Chester, NY; his daughter Christie Fiore of Johnstown, NY; his grandchildren, Tyler Cook, Abby Cook, Lyndsey, Emma and Landon Fiore; and his parents-in-law, Jeanne Cook of Rock Hill, NY, Anne Cook of Los Alamitos, CA, Mary Ann, David Sigler of Middletown, Paul and Linda Petzko. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins.
