She is survived by: her father Michael Lomberk; her children, Dante, Vaughan, Jaxton Yost and Myiah Bush; her stepmother Dara Lomberk of Newport, NC; her brother Michael; her sister-in-law Felicia Lomberk of Schofield Barracks, HI; her significant other John Bush of Lakeland, FL; and her grandparents, Marcia Kiser of Canastota, Douglas Stevens of Canastota and Marilyn Lomberk of Florida. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
