He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Broughton and Margaret Miller Broughton; his wife Catharine Broughton; his children, Amy Ellis and Gregory Broughton; and his siblings, Regis Glover and Duane Broughton.
He is survived by: his sons, Loran Broughton of Cuba and Brian Broughton (Pat) of Honeoye; his brother Loran (Jacklyn Hunt) of Canaseraga; and his grandsons, Gregory Thomas, Shawn Serra and Zack Broughton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
