He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret Schaeffer (Gaffney); his brother Gerard Schaeffer (Tamela) of Fairfax, VA; his sisters-in-law, Anne Monahan (John) of Worcester, MA and Mary Yehle (Ronald) of Syracuse; his nieces and nephews, Colleen Woodworth (Scott), Catherine Hanscom (Christopher), Heather Bouchard (Geoffrey), Daniel Monahan (Cecelia), John Monahan (Leigh), Jeremy Yehle, Eric Schaeffer (Alexis) and Kevin Schaeffer (Micaela); and his parents, Francis Schaeffer and Catherine Schaeffer (Kwasnycia).
