He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cipro; his children, Thomas "Chip" Cipro (Loretta), Chris Cipro (Monique), Renee Babior (Greg) and Cindy McCutcheon; and his stepchildren, Chris Jacobs (Melissa), Greg Jacobs and Erica Jacobs.
