He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol Zimmerman (Newkirk); his children, Scott Zimmerman (Carolyn), Paula Wing and Alison Lantz (John); his siblings, Nancy Bickley, Robert Zimmerman (Nicholette) and Peter Zimmerman (Mary); his siblings-in-law, Judith Newkirk and William Newkirk; his brother David; and his parents, Robert Zimmerman and Lorraine Zimmerman. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
