He was predeceased by: his brothers, Michael Heizyk and Gregory Heizyk; his sister-in-law Sandra Heizyk; his nieces, Amy DeMars (Singer) and Molly Brown; and his parents, Walter Heizyk and Veronica Heizyk (Popowski).
He is survived by: his wife Helen Heizyk (Sullivan); his siblings, Patricia Singer, Marie Brown (Rick), Dennis Heizyk (Eileen) and James Heizyk (Robin); and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Heizyk, Terry Sullivan (William), Linda Koski (Sullivan), Patricia Sullian, Lori Owens (Terry) and Robert Sullivan (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; two grand-nieces and two grand-nephews.
