He was predeceased by: his sister Carol DeRycke. He is survived by: his children, Todd DeRycke (Michelle) and Shelley Novakowski (Mike); his grandchildren, Taylor Novakowski, Noah and Natalie DeRycke; and his brothers, Robert DeRycke, William DeRycke (Janice) and James DeRycke (Judy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
