He was predeceased by: his daughter Virginia; and his sister Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Kottmeier Foster; his son David (Casey); and his grandchildren, Trevor and Lindsy. He is also survived by his wife, son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren.
