She is survived by: her children, Cheryl A. Perks of Ridgeway, David A. Black of Manchester, NY and Robert P. Black (Renai) of Canandaigua, NY; her grandsons, Nicholas, Sean, Derek and Shane; and her great grandchildren, Kain and Tyler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
