He was predeceased by: his father Carl; and his brother Scott. He is survived by: his sons, Clay Erb (Crystal) and Dylan Erb (Amanda); his grandchildren, Alexa of Florida, Autumn of Florida and Dominik of Florida; his mother Beverly; and his siblings, Karen (Wayne), Mary, Carl Jr. and David (Matthew). He is also survived by many other relatives and good friends.
