She was predeceased by: her parent Peter Sinack; her husband Jackie; and her siblings, Helen DeRuyter of Loretta Backus and Richard Sinack. She is survived by: her parent Ruby Bonnell Sinack; her children, Alan J. Smith (Beverly) of Tyre, Lynn E. Smith of Canandaigua, Gary K. Smith (Lori) of Lyons and Rebecca Van Gorder (Mark) of Oaks Corners; her siblings, Florence White (Louis) of Phelps and Walter "Butch" Sinack (Patricia) of Phelps; and her sister-in-law Edith Sinack of Newark. She is also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
