He was predeceased by: his daughter Laurie Witzel; his parents, Walter Witzel and Magdalene Witzel; and his close friend Jake. He is survived by: his daughter Julie Eichas (Witzel); his grandchildren, Darcy Eichas-Statt, Sarah Eichas and Charles J. Witzel; and his great grandchildren, Roman and Ayden Statt.
