He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Cunningham; and his sister Maxine Slater. He is survived by: his children, Gail McZeal, Dan Amadon (Amanda) and James Amadon (Julie). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three nieces.
