He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Ann and Raymond Peets. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Panara (Peets); his children, Katie Panara, Kelli Panara (Cal Andrews), Roger B. Panara III and Laura Panara; his parents, Roger B. Panara and Irene Panara; his brothers, Jeff Panara (Mary Ann), David Panara and Michael Panara (Melissa); and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas (Jennifer), Matthew, Michael, Allison and Natalie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's School, 16 Gibson St., Canandaigua, NY 14424 or the Wood Library, 134 N. Main St., Canandaigua, NY 14424.
