We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2021, at the age of 97, Robert J. Ward of Canandaigua, New York, born in Hornell, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Ward and Margaret Ward (Callahan); his wife Jeanne Geary; his son James J. Ward; his friend Dorothy Reitnauer; his daughters, Bonnie Salter (David Blanding) of Canandaigua and Roberta "Bobbi" Ward of Hornell; his grandchildren, Marianne Dineen, Melissa McCarthy, Kyle Wengren and Erik Wengren; and his great grandchildren, Lavery, Addison McCarthy and Robin Boyd. He was also cherished by several nieces & nephews.
Bob's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to the Hornell Alumni Association, PO Box 135, Hornell, NY 14843.
