He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert H. Eisenberg and Elizabeth Eisenberg (Head); his wife Melanie Eisenberg; his sons, Patrick, Jeremy Eisenberg and Nathan Eisenberg (Sara); his grandchildren, Madison, Mason and Michael; his siblings, Linda Herman (John), Nancy Anselmo, Mary Beth Zanni (Ken), Kevin Eisenberg (Susan) and John Eisenberg (Lori); and his brother-in-law Frank Anselmo. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the FF Thompson Foundation, for activities at Ferris Hills and Clark Meadows, 350 Parrish St., Canandaigua, NY 14424.
