He is survived by: his wife Kim Haskins; his children, Allison Liberati (Jeff) and Adam Haskins (Jen Moore); his grandchildren, Madisyn, Alexys, Zachary, Callie, Natalie, Ethan, Justyn, Maci, Parker and Gracelyn; his siblings, Becky Lankford (Murray), Gary Haskins (Karen) and Guy Haskins (Jackie); his siblings-in-law, Sharyn Pate (Joe), Lori Englehart, Chris Englehart (Shelia) and Steve Englehart (Lisa); and his son Harley.
