He is survived by: his daughter Diane Beth Seward; his son-in-law James Seward of Canandaigua; his son David Allan Kolb MD; his daughter-in-law Karen Kolb of Edgartown, MA.; his grandson Noah Kolb MD; his granddaughter-in-law Amanda Kolb MD; his great grandchildren, Madeline of Charlotte, VT and Isabelle Kolb of Charlotte, VT; his grandson Jonah Kolb; his granddaughter-in-law Maureen Collins Kolb; his great grandchildren, Pierce of Clinton, IL and Maude Kolb of Clinton, IL; and his grandsons, Seth Van Norman of Eugene, OR and Shea Van Norman of Marston Mills, MA..
