We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2023, at the age of 87, Raymond Royce Mincer (Canandaigua, New York), born in Farmington, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Beverly Mincer; his children, Ray L. Mincer, Cassidy R. Mincer (Shelby), Mary Boock (Jay), Garth Brand and Burt Brand (Jennifer); his foster daughter Tara Schmidt; his brother Robert Mincer (Pat); his son Cecil "Butch" Brand; and his parents, Theodore Roosevelt and Louise Mincer (Griswold). He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
