He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Howie and Jane Howie; and his siblings, Robert Howie and Kathleen McCarthy. He is survived by: his cousin Howard Wilson (Susan); and his brother-in-law Fred McCarthy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews & cousins.
