He is survived by: his wife Kathy Postma (Silvestrone); his sons, Martin Postma (Laura Witwer), Peter Postma (Jennifer) and Chris Postma; his grandchildren, Sebastian, Oliver and Hannah; and his sisters, Riekje Maljers (Dirk), Francien Postma and Sjoukje Kerkstra. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
