He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Moore and Catherine Moore (Allen); his siblings, David Moore and Susan Sabin; his brothers-in-law, John Sabin and Paul Santee; and his nephew Dax Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Moore (Clark); his children, Kimberly Wesley (Timothy) and Brian Moore (Frances); his siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Moore, Caryl Santee and Rodney Clark (Sherry); and his friends, Loretta Sprague and Barbara Kingston. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren.
