He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Bollen (Peg); and his daughter Brenda. He is survived by: his children, Paula Bollen and Curt Bollen; his daughter-in-law Kathy Bollen of Canandaigua, NY; and his grandchildren, Michael Bollen (Megan), Jennifer, Melissa, Philip, Matthew, Eric and Emily. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and friends.
