It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patti Johnson (Canandaigua, New York), who passed away on November 26, 2018, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patti Johnson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father Ed MacVean; and her sister Linda LaMagna. She is survived by: her husband Frank Johnson; her sons, Jacob Pitkin (Angela) and Jesse Pitkin; her mother Millicent MacVean; and her siblings, Barb Rossmann (Don) and Ed MacVean (Toni). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
