He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia McCarthy; his children, Kevin McCarthy (Andrea), William McCarthy (Susan), LauraJean Mallon (Mark), Brian McCarthy (Nancy) and Patricia McAuley (Thomas); his grandchildren, Erin, Jessica, William, Samantha, Patrick, Michael, Matthew, Meaghan, Robert, Brendan, Kevin and Chloe; his great grandchildren, Teagan, McKayla, Colin, Emily, Lilly, Billy and Michael; his sister-in-law Eileen McCarthy; his brother Donald F. McCarthy; and his parents, William McCarthy and Agnes McCarthy (McPartland). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Regretfully, due to COVID restrictions there will be no calling hours or public reception.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Mary's School or the Canandaigua YMCA are appreciated.
