He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Haley, Jr. and Libby Haley (Baugh); and his parents-in-law, Herbert S. and Mary Mead (Garlock). He is survived by: his wife Terri Haley (Mead); his daughters, Mariah E. Haley of East Rochester and Sarah K. Haley of East Rochester; his siblings, Beth Mulholland (Gerald) and Stephen Haley (Barbara); and his brothers-in-law, Gary S. Mead and Joseph Mead (Becky). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
