It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Melissa D. Mourer of Canandaigua, New York, who passed away on May 26, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Christina Snyder; her grandmother Mary Snyder; and her stepsister Sarah Williams (Johnson). She is survived by: her children, Jada, Kaymaria, Chrislynn and Justin; her stepdaughter Anabelle; her brothers, James Merkley (Christina) and Steven Snyder; her stepsisters, Michelle Ingerson (Ben) and Amanda Kreidler (JJ); her aunts, Doreen Merkley-Corino (Joe) and Amy Goodemote (Kevin); her grandparents, Esther Brown, David Merkley (Debbie) and Charles Snyder; and her sister-in-law Mary Mourer. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to NAMI or any other mental health organization of your choosing in memory of Mel.
