She was predeceased by: her brother James Armstrong. She is survived by: her husband Peter G. Puhak; her daughters, Michelle, Stephanie Cleere, Lydia Puhak Fortlage, Cindy Puhak Ortiz and Pamela Puhak Sisto; her grandchildren, Camille, Shayne and Adam; and her siblings, John Samuel Armstrong, Debborah Nanuseski and Sara Power.
