He is survived by: his children, Jan Marie Veomett (Gary) of Farmington, Carmine Carruba (Marivic) of Canandaigua, Suzanne Cummings II (Gordon) of Clifton Springs and Catina Hoak (Brian) of Brockport; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jason, Patrick, Casten, Amber, Cami, Brooke, Colter, Kara, Christen, Kaitlin, Corey, Gordie, Amanda, Kailie, Erich and Kyle; his great grandchildren, Allie, Ryan, Jaxon, Parker, Olivia, Adelin, Aspen, Taylor, Drew, Sarah, Connor, Evanna, Paxton, Colby, Lydia, Benjamin, Brayden, Oliver and Zera; and his significant other Sandra Geiger. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
