She was predeceased by: her parents, Claud Sischo and Lelia Sischo (Wightman); her husband Ralph B. Millspaw; her daughter Susan Polakiewicz; and her brothers, Malcom and Keith.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Millspaw, Carol Finch, Russell Millspaw (Linda), Linda Janto, David Millspaw, Barbara Millspaw and Jim Millspaw (Kathi). She is also survived by six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
