Russell (Canandaigua, New York), born in Corning, New York, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jo-Ann Blanco-Russell; his daughters, Cynthia Weissend (Charles), Roann Arbore (Nicholas) and Lisa Zillioux (Michael); his former wife Diane Russell; his son Mark Russell; and his parents, Franklin Russell and Mary Russell (Veith). He was also cherished by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
