He was predeceased by: his former wife Jane; his son Mark; his brother-in-law Leonard Warner (Shelby); and his parents, Reverend Howard Nathaniel and Edna Parker Farnsworth.
He is survived by: his wife Jody Warner-Farnsworth; his daughters, Martha Herbik (Todd) and Janet Kuzdzal (Robert); his daughter-in-law Nancy Farnsworth; his grandchildren, Katherine, Christian, Mitchell Herbik, Zane, Emma Farnsworth and Mia Kuzdzal; his brother Howard Farnsworth (Janet); and his sisters-in-law, Ruth Roberts (David) and Linda Young (Doug). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
