He was predeceased by: his sisters, Betty Richardson, Ann Perry and Sharon White; his son-in-law Jack Jones; and his parents, John H. Sr. Aikey and Dorothy Aikey (Taylor).
He is survived by: his wife Jane Aikey (Moore); his children, Barb Vargas (Luis), Brenda Jones (Keith Shaffer) and Don Aikey (Barb); his grandchildren, John Jones, Cody Aikey, Donald Aikey, Jr. and Fynnah Aikey; and his brother-in-law Roger White. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
