It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Fayko (Canandaigua, New York), who passed away on October 12, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Fayko (Mayer); his children, Rachel Fayko (Lloyd Palum), Adam Fayko (Cindi Cooman), Kevin Tefft and Carvel Tefft (Beth Pennington); his grandchildren, Jade, Corey Fayko, Carly Dimarco-Fayko, Olivia, Carvel and Dylan Tefft; his sister Jane Ryerson (John); and his brother-in-law Ludi Mayer (Fran). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
