She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Blake; her siblings, Carlyle Frarey, Melvin Frarey and Carolyn Dewey; and her parents, Carl Frarey and Mildred Frarey (Ferry).
She is survived by: her children, William Blake and Karen Yamamoto (Manabu); and her grandson Owen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; grand nieces and grand nephews.
