He was predeceased by: his parents, Janice Klineline Bicker and Wallace Bicker. He is survived by: his wife Judith Bicker (Brott) of Canandaigua, NY; his children, Kathryn Lail (Christopher) of Saratoga Springs, NY, Joanna Tebbano (Gregory) of Cossayuna, NY, Sara Bickersmith (Brian) of Glenmont, NY, Jennifer Rinaldi of Brighton, NY, Jessica Webster (Dustin) of Addison, NY, Jeannine Rinaldi of Canandaigua, NY and Ryan Bicker (Brittany) of Canandaigua, NY; his pet Harley David; his grandchildren, Jordan, Anna, Brayde, Grace, Violet, Jaicee and Mira; and his siblings, Paul (Lin), David Bicker (Suzette) of Lockport, NY, Karen Naugle and Leann Belfield (Philip) of Lockport, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. (190 Buffalo St, Canandaigua, NY 14424).
