He was predeceased by: his mother Beatrice Fogarty (Johncox). He is survived by: his son James Fogarty, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Grabenstetter; his daughter Kelly Fogarty; his granddaughters, Lauren (Abram), Taylor, Liana (Ryan) and Lily; his great grandchildren, Fernadine and Acer; his sisters, Laurel and Cindy; his nieces, Jennifer and Kimberly; his nephew John; and his father Donald Fogarty.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson-Kennedy Funeral Home, Inc. (47 N Main St, Canandaigua, NY 14424). The military honors will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (130 N Pearl St, Canandaigua, NY 14424).
