Irene (Wyffels) Mace Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene (Wyffels) Mace of Canandaigua, New York, who passed away on March 10, 2025 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Irene (Wyffels) Mace to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Walter J. Mace; her siblings, Margaret Wright, Mary Bancroft, John Wyffels and William Wyffels; her son-in-law Bradley Chrysler; and her parents, John Wyffels and Anna Wyffels (VanDeVelde).

She is survived by: her children, Marcia Chrysler, Janene Bellis (Jerry) of Canandaigua and Robert Mace (Elizabeth) of Middlesex; and her grandchildren, Kylie Ewing (Brendan), Kristin Mace, Rachel Brotons (Ryan), Kim Walker (Earl) and Ron Weigert (Lucy Escano). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Mary's Church (95 N Main St, Canandaigua, NY 14424).
