He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick O'Donnell and Phyllis O'Donnell; and his close friend Jeanette "Jay" Taylor. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Jackson (Brian), Paula Smith and Jacqueline Smith (David); his grandchildren, Cassondra, Alexandra, David Jr. and Savanah; his great grandchild Roman; and his brothers, Glenn and Richard Smith.
