He was predeceased by: his sister Ann DiMaria; his niece Sheryl Peck; his great-niece Amanda Peck; and his parents, George "Bud" Mather and Adele Mather (Stoney).
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Nicholas DiMaria; and his nieces, Deborah DiMaria (James Mussaw) and Michele DiMaria. He is also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews; great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
