He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ernest, Marilyn and Janet; his stepsister Juanita; and his parents, Ernest Radcliffe and Essie Radcliffe (Jackson).
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Radcliffe; his children, Kerry Jenkins (Brad) and Jeffrey Radcliffe (Maureen); and his stepbrother Gary Cooper (Barbara). He is also survived by two nephews; and four nieces.
