He was predeceased by: his parents, John Damaske and Mary Damaske. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his daughters, Susan May (Mike) and Laura Damaske (Tim Meder); his grandchildren, Marisol, Gerry and Carter May; his brothers, David Damaske (Nicolet) and Richard Damaske (Claire); and his brother-in-law Alan Lockwood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the V Foundation for cancer research or the Wilmot Cancer Center, Rochester NY.
