He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ruggles and Barbara Ruggles (Darling); his daughter Heather Ruggles; his brother-in-law Skip Hance; and his nephew Clayton Ruggles.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Barajas (Jose), Samantha Ruggles (Bill Clark) and Elizabeth Copella (Anthony); his siblings, Deb Hance, Dana Ruggles (Pam), Doreen Carlile (Kent) and Darryl Ruggles (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Adam, Alan, Tarra, Craig, Cori, Heather Rose, Storm and Reagan. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren and many, many friends and extended family.
