He is survived by: his wife IV; his children, Tara, Pamela (Greg Allen) and Jonathan (Kelly); his grandchildren, Luke, Cade, Grace, Zane, Leah, Matthew and Timothy; and his siblings, Carolyn, Marilyn and Greg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
